attending our classes (online or offline), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Participants must be 18 years or older to enroll. Exceptions may be made for minors with parental or legal guardian consent.

Fees for each course or program are mentioned on our website and/or brochure and are subject to change without prior notice.
Once paid, course fees are non-refundable, except in cases of class cancellation by Tradoxs Academy.
Enrolment is confirmed only after full payment is received.

All participants are expected to maintain professional behavior during sessions.
Disruptive behavior, misuse of the platform, or unethical conduct may lead to immediate termination without refund.

All course materials, videos, and tools provided by Tradoxs Academy are proprietary.
Redistribution, recording, or resale of any course content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Forex trading involves substantial risk.
Tradoxs Academy provides educational content only and does not offer investment advice or guaranteed returns.
We are not liable for any financial losses incurred after applying our training content.

We value your privacy. Any personal information shared with us will be kept confidential and used strictly for communication, certification,
or promotional purposes by Tradoxs Academy.

Certificates will be issued upon successful completion of the course, subject to attendance and assignment submission criteria.

We reserve the right to update or cancel sessions, change instructors, or modify the curriculum if necessary. Participants will be informed in
advance wherever possible.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of
courts in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.

• To confirm your seat, a booking amount must be paid at the time of registration.
• The remaining fee can be cleared in two instalments, with specific due dates informed at the time of enrolment.
• The first installment’s data must be cleared by the 15th, and the second installment’s date is the 25th.
• If the full payment is not completed on time, Tradoxs Academy holds the right to revoke access to the course without any refund or liability.

• We offer two learning formats:
• Rapid Batch: 1-Month intensive course (suitable for fast learners or experienced traders).
• Offline Batch: 3-Month standard program (for in-depth learning with regular practice)

This course is strictly for educational purposes.
Tradoxs Academy does not promote any get-rich-quick schemes or guaranteed profit models.

Students will receive lifetime mentorship after completing the course.
Continued access to mentorship is subject to students following the Academy’s rules, regulations, and trading discipline strategy.

If any participant fails to complete the fee payment within the agreed time frame, Tradoxs Academy is not responsible for completing or continuing their course
access or benefits.

Your information is confidential and will be used only for internal records, certification, and official Academy communications.

Certificates will be awarded upon completing the course modules, attendance, and assignments as per Academy standards.

Tradoxs Academy reserves the right to revise curriculum, instructors, or schedules based on circumstances. Students will be informed in advance wherever
applicable.

• 1 to 3 Students Referred: ₹1,000 per student
• 4 to 5 Students Referred: ₹1,500 per student
• 6 to 10 Students Referred: ₹2,500 per student
• 11+ Students Referred: ₹5,000 per student

• All referrals must be registered using your unique affiliate code or name provided by Tradoxs Academy.
• Rewards are paid out after the referred student has fully enrolled and completed payment.
• Tradoxs Academy reserves the right to verify authenticity of referrals and delay or deny rewards in case of fraudulent or duplicate entries.
• We encourage honest and enthusiastic participation in growing our community!
• Additional Guidelines for Affiliate Participation

Only students who have enrolled in and experienced our courses are eligible to become affiliates.
You must register as an affiliate by filling out our official Affiliate Registration Form.

b. Payment Terms

Affiliate commissions will be disbursed monthly, on or before the 7th of each month, directly to your bank account or UPI.
A minimum of 1 successful referral is required to initiate payouts.
Tradoxs Academy is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect bank details.

• Affiliates must promote the Academy ethically and honestly, without making false claims or misleading promises.
• Use only approved promotional materials (e.g., brochures, videos, or digital creatives provided by us).

Any affiliate found engaging in fraudulent enrollments or misrepresenting the brand will be immediately disqualified from the program and may forfeit all
rewards.

• Students must mention the affiliate’s name or code during registration for tracking.
• No claims will be accepted without proper tracking confirmation.

• Affiliates are not employees or representatives of Tradoxs Academy.
• This is a voluntary reward-based promotional program only.
